Happy New Year and Welcome!
Welcome to the first official edition of our newsletter! We are thrilled you have decided to join our Stratesco community. Every month, this newsletter will bring you industry insights and trends, content from our experts, upcoming events, and exclusive information about our services.
First and foremost… Happy New Year! What a year it was for Stratesco. We had so many highs doing what we love most and cannot wait to continue expanding and working with clients in 2024.
Our company was born in the policy space, working on client projects such as employment and finance policies, an onboarding program for directors, roadmaps to GHG net zero, and technical standard review projects. In August 2023, we decided to pour more of our energy into organizational excellence and its delivery because we identified an industry gap that needed to be filled. Soft skills are often viewed as being secondary, but they are actually linked to promotions and fulfillment in the workplace, and can also help companies with employee retention.
Our primary goal here at Stratesco is helping clients achieve meaningful results, meaning they walk away with the skills they need instead of just ticking off another required training course. We are delivering an action-based learning approach to help companies train their employees in a way that elevates soft skills in the workplace. For our clients, this means having engaging content, a sense of community, specialty workshops based on real time issues, and engagement with our certified coach.
You may be wondering what this looks like in practice. If you have been following our journey on LinkedIn, you may have an inkling, but yes, it is our SoftSkillable™ Member Experience.

SoftSkillable™ Member Experience: What is it and what can it do for you?
Our SoftSkillable™ Member Experience is a way for companies and their employees (whether collectively or individually) to invest in their organizational excellence goals. Soft skills are the foundation of our training program and of fostering community, creativity, and innovation. The SoftSkillable™ Member Experience is action-based, meaning our clients play an active role in the learning process rather than passively consuming content online, which has proven to be a more effective method for retaining information, completing courses, and putting new skills into practice.
Our personalized approach begins with a 3D assessment capturing individuals’ DISC behaviour and communication styles, team preferences, and workplace values, so we know how to best meet each clients’ needs. After outlining their goals, our clients then receive a personalized learning plan paired with the expertise of our career coach. We know many of you are extremely busy, which is why all of our plans are designed for microlearning, leaving the learning process as flexible as possible—something you can pick up and put down whenever it is convenient for you.
Plus, the whole program is offered through our Member Hub—an online platform we carefully curated for an engaged virtual learning experience. Member Hub is not only user-friendly and efficient, but is geared to building a sense of community among learners.
